Small Group Training Classes - (5 people are less) for 30 minutes of focused training on balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and body composition change. Designed for anyone and can be modified to adjust for an individual's needs. What we do in here, makes real life easier.

Cost: $10 per session or $80 for the month.

When: Mon/Thurs - 5pm & 5:45pm

The first small group training is always free for an individual to try out.

Dynamic bootcamp- (Minimum of 3) This class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. This class is designed to change periodically to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, weighted bars, steps and BOSU balls. It is suited for all fitness levels, as YOU set your own bar for how hard you want to push!

Cost: $5 per session

When: Tues/Thurs - 5:00am

Min/Max: 3/15

This Wellness Activity will interchange from Bootcamp to HIIT Class, & Butts & Gutts)

Individualized Personal Training - These are 1 hour individualized training sessions specific to you and your goals. Everything in that training session is designed around you, to help you get to where you want to be in the safest and most effective manner possible. 

Cost: $75/ session

For that style of training, we do require a 10 session minimum because it's going to take me a little bit of time to learn how you move and what will best benefit you. We do not require the full payment up front, however. Each session just has to be paid for ahead of time.
